The Job

This position supports the DHCS contract, SNP Teams, and Healthcare Services in project management related to the RFP process, as well as researching, developing, and creating new SNP and Healthcare Services interventions and programs. It also involves supporting other project management initiatives, quality improvement activities, measurement reporting, and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Support SCAN’s vision and goals actively.
  2. Manage SNP models of care (MOCs) and initiatives, understanding business needs and developing project approaches.
  3. Coordinate multiple SNP initiatives, collaborating with departments and vendors.
  4. Plan, budget, monitor, and report on projects using project management tools, identifying and resolving barriers.
  5. Establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables, managing resources and quality assurance.
  6. Collaborate with program sponsors to design, execute, and evaluate SNP initiatives.
  7. Communicate effectively across all levels, liaising with sponsors, executives, and teams.
  8. Manage vendor relationships relevant to projects.
  9. Ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS standards in collaboration with internal and external providers.
  10. Prepare presentations and maintain project documentation.
  11. Contribute to team efforts and act as a liaison for internal customers.
  12. Develop, monitor, and analyze data, including ad hoc analytics.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
  2. Master’s in Public Health, Analytics, or Data Science strongly preferred.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  4. At least 3 years of project management experience.
  5. Experience in managed care and data analysis is preferred.
  6. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau, and SSRS.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
