The Role:
As the subject matter expert and technical lead, the Manager, Reporting and Analytics manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business including but not limited to designing BI Systems tailored for Selene. Collaborates with teams to understand each data analysis projects' underlying purpose, focus, and objectives. Designs, develops, and oversees implementation of the most valuable data-driven solutions for the client. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It also requires the ability to carefully manage relationships at various levels throughout the organization and externally with clients. Is typically an individual contributor.
