Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly and annual reports. You will prepare Excel/PowerPoint presentations for the management team, work with Operations Leaders to obtain information, and help ensure accurate reporting of performance data.

Qualifications

Detail oriented with ability to produce accurate reports.
Ability to work extended hours during Month End.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports.
Prepare Excel and PowerPoint presentations for management involving operations, accuracy, and productivity data.
Collaborate with Operations Leaders to obtain necessary information.
Coordinate with intercompany teams and reconcile reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and drive business decisions.
