Teleperformance USA is seeking a data/operations reporting professional in New Mexico. You will create and analyze key daily, monthly, and annual reports, build Excel dashboards, and prepare management presentations. You’ll work with Operations leaders to gather information, reconcile data, and ensure accuracy across performance metrics.

Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential. Candidates should adapt to change, manage time well, and contribute to a culture of service

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and reporting focus.
• Proficient with Advanced Excel features and dashboards.
• Excellent English communication and professional presentation.
• Comfortable handling change and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets.
• Prepare presentations in Excel and/or PowerPoint for management with charts and data.
• Work with Operations Leaders to obtain necessary information.
• Communicate with intercompany team members.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate reporting of performance data.
• Understand and reconcile reports and production data quality.
• Build and analyze data via extensive Excel reporting.
• Interpret TikTok performance results and discuss data implications.
• Provide administrative support for Operations leaders.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
