Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a data and reporting professional to support Operations with daily, monthly, and annual reporting, analytics, and presentations. This role emphasizes Excel-based insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced Excel skills, strong data interpretation, and the ability to deliver timely, accurate reports while adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented.
• Willing to work extended hours during Month End.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent service skills (timeliness and quality).
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas).
• Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets.
• Prepare presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for management, showing operations, accuracy, and productivity data.
• Coordinate with Operations Leaders to obtain necessary information.
• Communicate with intercompany teams.
• Work with Operations to ensure accurate reporting of performance data.
• Understand and reconcile reports and data quality metrics.
• Build and analyze data via extensive Excel reporting.
• Interpret TikTok performance results and discuss data implications.
• Provide administrative support for Operations leaders.
