Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an analytics-focused Operations Analyst to produce and review key daily, monthly, and annual reports. You will create presentations in Excel/PowerPoint for leadership, coordinate with operations leaders, and ensure accurate performance reporting across teams.

The role requires advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency, strong English communication, and the ability to handle month-end close tasks and dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze daily, monthly, and annual reports.
• Prepare presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for management.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to obtain information.
• Communicate with intercompany teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting of performance data with Operations.
• Reconcile reports and production data.
• Build and analyze data via extensive Excel reporting.
• Interpret TikTok performance results and discuss data.
• Provide administrative support for Operations leaders.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor.
