University of Michigan – Ross School of Business is seeking a Financial Specialist to support Executive Education. You will perform journal entries, generate reports, and collaborate with staff to review the financial success of programs.
The role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a hybrid schedule of three days on-site per week. The position requires legal work authorization in the United States and does not sponsor visas.
Ross School of Business is looking for a qualified Financial Specialist to support its Executive Education program. In this role, you will learn and develop skills in financial analysis, process improvement, and budgeting. You will do this by providing unit support through performing journal entries, creating and generating reports, and partnering with administrative staff to plan and review the financial success of their programs. The Financial Specialist is a member of both the Finance team and the Executive Education team. You will report to the Financial Manager supporting Executive Education.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.

The salary offer range for this position is $64,700 to $79,900. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
