Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a REPO Plus Claim Investigator responsible for investigating outside insurance carriers and gathering information to support coverage determinations.

You will make outbound calls, document findings, and continue follow up until all required details are collected, while meeting QA and production targets. This onsite role offers strong growth opportunities within a national provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree, or vocational/technical degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and contact Outside Insurance Carriers (OICs) to gather information for coverage judgments.
• Document information in the claim file and follow up until collected or contacts exhausted.
• Manage an inventory of 60–100 assignments and meet QA/Production targets.
