Job summary

You will review insurance policies and claim docs to determine coverage for damaged vehicles for various lenders, coordinating investigations and appraisals onsite in Carmel, IN.

The role includes training, auditing, mentoring, and process improvements, and you will serve as a technical resource for the REPO Plus team, supporting the Claims Supervisor and lender

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or Vocational/Technical School Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily REPO Plus claim assignments and inventory (up to 400 files).
• Review insurance policies and claim documentation to determine potential coverage.
• Coordinate coverage investigations, claim history checks, and appraisal requests/reviews.
• Direct communication with lenders and outside insurance carriers (OIC) for payments or denials.
• Provide training, auditing, mentoring, and process improvements.
