Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a REPO Plus Investigation Specialist to gather information from outside insurance carriers and follow up until coverage judgments are made. You will make outbound calls to OICs, document findings, and manage a large inventory of assignments while meeting QA and production targets.

The role emphasizes timely communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-up to ensure comprehensive claim files and successful coverage determinations for REPO Plus claims.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or vocational/technical training preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet QA and production targets.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and gather information from Outside Insurance Carriers (OICs).
• Make outbound calls to OIC claim departments to obtain details.
• Document information in the claim file and follow up as needed.
• Manage inventory of 60-100 assignments and meet deadlines.
• Assist in reporting new claims to OICs and track cycle times.
