Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to lead the inbound team at our Reno, NV facility. The role reports to the Inventory Control Manager and focuses on overseeing replenishment operations, staff coordination, and KPI performance.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with evening hours and competitive salary. Training shifts are provided initially to acclimate to processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Leads replenishment team and ensures staffing and volume planning.
• Oversees daily operations with adherence to productivity and quality standards.
• Trains, coaches, and develops associates to meet goals.
• Familiar with WMS and RF scanners to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate staffing/volume needs.
• Assign work to replenishment associates and monitor deadlines.
• Ensure priority and non-priority replenishments meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Address incidents and perform monthly one-on-one check-ins.
