SupplyHouse in Reno, NV seeks a Replenishment Supervisor to oversee the inbound replenishment team within the Fulfillment Center. The role reports to the Inventory Control Manager and drives staffing, execution, and KPI attainment.

The position is full-time, evenings, with a salary of $66,000–$83,000 per year. Training shifts precede regular hours; benefits include health and retirement options and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and coaching associates to goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start-up meetings and relay staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager.
• Assign work to replenishment associates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and track KPI progress.
• Conduct monthly check-ins and provide development feedback to team members.
• Ensure accuracy of timecards and participate in HR leadership meetings.
• Execute process improvements and projects with the Inventory Control Manager.
