Job summary

Gunton Corporation, dba Pella Windows & Doors, is seeking Replacement Sales Reps to provide a world-class customer experience by selling the Pella Promise. The territory centers around our showroom in Highland Heights, OH, with opportunities to engage homeowners through in-home appointments and timely follow-ups.

Representatives will drive sales of replacement Pella products, coordinate with the Area Sales Manager, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and meet minimum insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry sales tools up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in Outside Sales preferred.
• College degree highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell replacement Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners.
• Execute opportunities with strong time-management and CRM usage.
• Schedule and conduct in-home appointments, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Build solid team-based relationships with internal staff.
• Visit or contact all jobs during and after installation to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about Pella and competitor products.
• Uphold Gunton Corporation policies and ethics.

TERRITORY

We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. This territory is centered around our showroom located in Highland Heights, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent and sell replacement Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners.
• Aggressively execute on all opportunities through effective time management skills and efficient use of contact management software.
• Execute scheduled in-home appointments assigned by Area Sales Manager, which may include evenings and Saturdays.
• Develop and maintain solid team-based relationships and communications with internal personnel.
• Visit and/or contact all jobs during and/or post installation to ensure a World Class Customer Experience.
• Continually update and leverage knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
• Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements
• Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds
