Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver an exceptional in-home buying experience. You will sell premium Pella replacement products, manage your own pipeline, and drive revenue within defined territories centered around showrooms in Erie, Morgantown, McMurray and State College.

The role emphasizes in-home appointments, professional conduct, and strong product knowledge, with an opportunity to earn through uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, not required.
• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Construction or home improvement background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run high-impact, in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Execute the in-home sales process with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.
• Present and sell premium Pella replacement products and Gunton services.
• Maximize every opportunity through strong time management and CRM discipline.
• Conduct evening and Saturday appointments assigned by Area Sales Manager.
• Build strong internal relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow up during and after installation to deliver a World-Class Customer Experience.
• Continuously sharpen product knowledge and competitive edge.

Territory

We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:

• Erie, PA
• Morgantown, WV
• McMurray, PA
• State College, PA

What You’ll Do - Own the Sale

Compensation

• Expected first-year earning potential: $85,000+ with uncapped commission and bonus opportunity
• Top performers earn $200,000 or more annually
