Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a Repairs Program Manager to drive complex programs at the forefront of wind turbine technology. The role focuses on field execution, safety, quality, and cost reduction, including crane-less component replacements and safer tooling development.

You will own schedules and budgets, coordinate with subsystem teams, lead cross-functional efforts across EHS, Sourcing, Quality, Services, and external partners, and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of program management or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program schedule, budget, and resource planning from conception to sunset.
• Coordinate with Subsystem teams and escalate critical path activities.
• Provide cross-functional leadership with EHS, Sourcing, Quality, Services, and partners.
• Develop contingency plans and scenario planning; lead risk escalation.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure CTQ alignment.
