Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in gas turbine rotor manufacturing, repair, or design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a global team of engineers.
• Coordinate technical support of repair NPI and Supply Chain Development programs.
• Lead rotor life extension activities across the global shop network.
• Drive lean practices and standard work development for process improvements.
• Mentor team members and develop technical depth and collaboration.
• Travel up to 20% to repair centers and customer sites.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in gas turbine rotor manufacturing, services, repair, or design environment
