GE Vernova seeks a Program Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional, technology-led initiatives within Engineering, coordinating metrics, dashboards, processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. You will influence priorities and programs with strong operational judgment.

The role involves managing budgets, resources, and schedules for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs, while ensuring delivery against customer CTQs and evolving best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional, technology-led or product-focused programs.
• Manage budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
• Oversee program resource and budget allocation/integration.
• Oversee schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs.
• Influence programs to meet customer CTQs.
• Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline.
• Serve as best practice/quality resource.
• Stay aware of latest technical developments in their area.
• Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
• Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; understands market factors.
• Use judgment to solve moderately complex tasks in operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
• Adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Use data analysis to support recommendations.
• Use multiple internal and limited external sources to arrive at decisions.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements; build consensus.
