Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to work within Property Services, carrying out works for Residential properties and voids.

You will supervise the day-to-day contract operations, coordinate with residents and customers, and ensure operatives perform efficiently. Experience in repairs and maintenance is essential, with SSSTS desirable for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising repairs and maintenance contracts.
• SSSTS qualification desirable.
• Experience dealing with residents and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily contract operations, liaising with residents and customers, and ensure operatives work efficiently.
• Ensure suppliers/subcontractors works are carried out in accordance with the work given.
• Attend regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with your line manager.
• Work within the repairs and maintenance industry.
