Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting for a Supervisor to deliver high-quality reactive maintenance services across social housing contracts. You will supervise on-site works, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive performance across diaries, quality, and SOR usage.

You’ll review subcontractor performance, validate pricing, and support planners and operatives with technical guidance. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing repairs and property maintenance
• Knowledge of NHF SOR codes and pricing models
• Awareness of KPI frameworks, QA processes, and governance
• Full UK driving licence and valid H&S knowledge

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day contract performance and liaise with stakeholders
• Manage diaries, bookings, travel times and task durations to drive efficiency
• Review SOR coding, variations, and subcontractor performance for value for money
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance and inspections where required
• Support Out Of Hours escalation process and client communications
• Prepare reports and contribute to risk analysis and improvements
