Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned general trade repair tickets from acceptance through completion
• Review scope clarity prior to vendor dispatch
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and confirm appointment dates with clients
• Maintain detailed documentation and status updates in WAVES
• Monitor tickets daily to prevent aging delays and prioritize workload
• Update clients throughout lifecycle from acceptance to closeout
• Familiarize with each client's third-party systems and program requirements
• Manage email communication and inbox organization across active tickets
• Communicate proactively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
