Job summary

Uline's Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie is seeking a Repair Technician to service and repair tooling and equipment, provide guidance to customers, and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with high-quality products, engage with internal teams, and coordinate parts and estimates. Requires strong diagnostic ability, HS diploma, and 2+ years in customer support; electrical/mechanical experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.
