Job summary

Uline is seeking a Repair Technician at the Wisconsin Distribution Center to repair packaging tools and equipment and provide expert guidance to customers. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting internal departments with repair-related requests.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience a plus.
