Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.
