Job Title: Director of Operations at REB Technologies

REB Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Repair Station Manager. This position is responsible for communicating directly with customers and vendors to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and repairs are completed in a timely manner. The role involves managing Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and all related documentation for projects and repairs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, an excellent communicator, and possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the department’s files and records.
2. Monitor and record work order statuses for all repairs.
3. Build quotes from evaluation reports and submit them to customers.
4. Communicate with customers regarding order statuses and estimated completion dates.
5. Coordinate with the production department on priorities.
6. Communicate with vendors about outside repairs.
7. Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
8. Investigate and establish relationships with new vendors for outside repairs.
9. Perform office tasks as required by other departments.
10. Maintain and enforce the company's drug program (FAA/DOT).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient in speaking and reading English.
• Experience with Pentagon 2000SQL ERP System or similar.
• At least 5 years of FAA Repair Station experience.
• Must be a US citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
