Airline Station Manager | Boston - Aer Lingus

Join Aer Lingus as a Station Manager in Boston, leading our operations to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused services. You’ll ensure seamless ground operations, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and strong partnerships across our transatlantic gateways, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee Aer Lingus Safety Management Systems (SMS) and ground operations safety at Boston Logan (BOS).
• Manage contracted suppliers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and safety/quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, CAA, and other regulations, addressing audit findings promptly.
• Maintain high on-time performance, minimize mishandled baggage, and enhance customer experience.
• Build relationships with internal teams, control authorities (FAA, TSA, CBP), and the Aer Lingus Global Control Center.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and coordinate the Emergency Response Program.

We require:

• Significant experience in airline ground handling, including senior supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Aer Lingus Safety Policy, US aviation regulations, and airport emergency/security procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems; commercially aware of marketplace conditions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
• Customer-focused with proven ability to manage third-party performance and build stakeholder relationships.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, hold a valid US passport/Green Card, and pass a 5-year security background check.
• Fluent in English; available 24/7, including weekends, with flexibility for disruptions.
