Responsibilities:

1. Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
2. Manage performance against financial goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Monitor and report on service status, addressing delays and parts shortages.
4. Oversee workforce management, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
5. Maintain accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
6. Develop continuous improvement initiatives and employee training programs.
7. Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
8. Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient operations.
9. Audit operations to improve service flow and reduce costs, and make recommendations on workplace layouts and service methods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years in automotive/maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with TSV policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge.
• Knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Generators.
