Job summary

MotionAi in Rochester, NY seeks a Repair Coordinator to manage internal and external customer repairs with vendors. You will report metrics and raise issues to management while collaborating with quality, repair, customer service and production teams.

Responsibilities include processing RMAs, coordinating external RMAs, and maintaining portals and status updates. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, with familiarity in Dynamics SL and Sharepoint considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–5 years related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Dynamics SL and Sharepoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs, failure analysis and MRB requests.
• Coordinate external vendor RMAs and warranty activities.
• Ensure OEM customer failure analysis requirements are met.
• Escalate NC/CAPA issues to management.
• Maintain repair status communications with customers and internal teams.
• Manage repair/MRB portals to keep status current.
