Job Description
This role focuses on assembling small electronic components for a variety of manufactured units in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow detailed computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and contribute to consistent, high-quality mechanical and electrical assemblies on an assembly line.
Responsibilities
Assemble small electronic parts and components for multiple types of units according to production requirements.
Read and follow detailed work orders and instructions on a computer to complete each assembly accurately.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience working with hand and power tools in a production or similar environment.
Mechanical assembly experience, including working with small parts and components.
Basic electrical or electronic assembly experience on an assembly line.

Work Environment
The facility is climate controlled, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and orderly production environment. Employees work in an assembly department using hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment to assemble small electronic components on an assembly line. Work orders and instructions are accessed via computer, so basic computer use is part of the daily routine. The company supplies smocks and ESD (electrostatic discharge) equipment, which employees are required to wear to protect sensitive electronic components and maintain safety standards. Multiple shifts are available: a first shift from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; a second shift from 3:50 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday; and a weekend shift from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday through Sunday, where employees work 36 hours. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to established processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
