Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

As an Electrical Assembler, you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by assembling, wiring, soldering, and testing electronics in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work instructions. This role involves working with low-to-medium volume, high-mix production and requires strong attention to detail, as well as adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronics assembly tasks under supervision.

• Install components, hardware, and subassemblies according to work instructions.

• Perform hand soldering tasks after training (through-hole or connector soldering).

• Route, dress, and secure wires and cables.

• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wire cutters.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st Shift schedule, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment includes exposure to weather conditions, and work is performed in an air-conditioned and heated office. The noise level can occasionally be high, and employees are expected to work comfortably around machinery and controlled chemicals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47480.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
