Talentify is seeking a Mechanical Assembly / Repair Technician in Dulles, VA. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and optical equipment to the component level, using hand tools and systematic problem-solving.
The role involves assembling and disassembling equipment, identifying faulty components, and documenting repair actions within a collaborative team of 12–15 technicians.
This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and optical equipment down to the component level. The equipment is similar in complexity to ATM or mail sorting systems, and you will use strong mechanical skills and technical knowledge to ensure reliable operation and high-quality repairs.

Work is hands‑on and tool‑based, involving mechanical assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting in a workshop or repair facility setting, with regular interaction and knowledge sharing among experienced technicians.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dulles, VA.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Dulles,VA.
