Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 10-15 employees (Receivers and Repair Technicians).
• Monitor daily operations in receiving and repair center stations.
• Track and prioritize work orders and repair tickets.
• Coordinate with Testing Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate priorities.
• Manage inventory control, tool organization, and asset tracking.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and requestors.
• Review productivity and operational metrics for efficiency.
