Job summary

Sparus Holdings in Peachtree Corners, GA seeks a Repair Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the repair and calibration facility. You will manage technicians and shipping/receiving staff, coordinate RMA intake, repair, calibration, and outbound shipping, and ensure timely, accurate processing of work orders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to oversee NetSuite transactions, inventory control, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a repair, service, or manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience with an ERP or work order management system (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a shop-floor environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise repair technicians and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Assign and prioritize work orders to maintain throughput and meet turnaround targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and cross-training to support operational continuity.
• Oversee end-to-end repair workflow: intake, evaluation, repair, QC, shipping.
• Monitor work order status and intervene to resolve bottlenecks or quality issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports covering throughput, inventory, and productivity.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and ensure proper invoicing in NetSuite.
