Job summary

Dematic Salt Lake City is seeking a Parts Repair Center Supervisor to lead daily operations of the repair center, oversee a team of repair technicians, test, troubleshoot, repair, and validate electronic and electro-mechanical components for Dematic's manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience resolving problems in analog and digital electronic systems.
• Experience with electrical and electronic theory and practical application.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance specialists; establish daily priorities and allocate resources to meet repair and production needs.
• Monitor workload, repair backlog, technician productivity and service levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning.
• Provide direct technical assistance for complex repairs and testing activities.
• Support testing and validation of new components used in manufacturing operations.
• Maintain repair records and calibration activities; ensure quality standards and ECO compliance.
