Job summary

Pure Flavor is seeking a Repack Clerk at our Romulus, Michigan facility to perform data entry and personify strict record-keeping standards for product packaging. You will work with the production team in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

The role focuses on documenting time studies, recording inputs on FAMOUS, and ensuring traceability from packaging to customer orders. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of record-management experience.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP, HACCP and PrimusGFS programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Record time studies for jobs completed by Repack crew.
• Enter inputs and outputs on FAMOUS for every job produced.
• Retrieve FAMOUS tags from pallets and record on repack sheets.
• Match PO numbers with orders and write customer info on labels.
• Monitor FAMOUS for new orders and update production board.
• Record lot codes to maintain food safety traceability.
• Assist the production supervisor with clerical duties.
• Fill in as needed in other Document Technician roles.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
