Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years record management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA standards, GMP, HACCP and PrimusGFS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data for repack operations.
• Record inputs and outputs in FAMOUS for each job.
• Retrieve and log FAMOUS tags from pallets.
• Match PO numbers to orders and label accordingly.
• Maintain food safety traceability by recording lot codes.
• Assist production supervisor with clerical duties.
• Be flexible to cover other document technician tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality of company information.
• On-site duties in refrigerated warehouse; comply with safety rules.
