Texas New Mexico Power Co. seeks a dedicated liaison to manage process improvements within the REP Liaison department. You will coordinate testing and change initiatives with BTS and ensure accurate requirement documentation.

As SME for critical applications, you will collaborate with TNMP vendors and ERCOT working groups, maintaining documentation and delivering training to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five to seven years of related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating change management and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes business requirements for impact to applications and processes.
• Reviews designs with BTS and coordinates testing and documentation.
• Serves as SME for critical system applications supporting processes.
• Liaises with TNMP vendors to optimize integration and operations.
• Participates in ERCOT working groups and keeps current with requirements.
• Maintains documentation repositories and supports REP Workshops.
• Trains team members and facilitates resolution of issues.
