Job summary

Selene Holdings is seeking an REO Eviction Coordinator to oversee eviction and occupancy resolution for REO properties. You will manage attorneys and vendors, monitor inspections and vacancy status, and ensure compliance with investor requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle a high-volume portfolio, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and servicing platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in REO, foreclosure, default servicing, eviction coordination, or property preservation.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale timelines and requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eviction process including legal evictions and CFK programs per guidelines.
• Review inspection results and launch PPE tasks per state requirements.
• Coordinate with field agents and vendors, confirm completion and document updates.
• Monitor eviction milestones and ensure timely attorney updates.
• Review eviction docs: NTQ, NTV, complaints, court filings, possession docs.
• Coordinate and negotiate CFK offers with occupants per investor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements and post-sale actions.
• Maintain accurate system notes and status reports for stakeholders.
