Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Government Conveyance Coordinator to manage FHA/VA REOs and oversee disposition strategies on-site in Houston. Under minimal supervision, you will develop performance reporting and controls around the process.

You will coordinate inspections, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with FHA/HUD regulations, and mentor junior staff while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years Single-Family Default Real Estate Servicing experience, direct Government Conveyance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the disposition or conveyance of FHA and VA REOs.
• Create, review, and react to control reports.
• Ensure clear understanding of collateral condition with Shellpoint and the investor.
• Control expenses to minimize non-reimbursable preservation costs.
• Arrange for contractual services for property inspections and appraisals.
• Manage relationships with and performance of vendors.
• Adhere to company policies and improve the department.
• Mentor junior staff and perform other duties as assigned.
