This fast-paced role requires organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities include transaction management, issue resolution, collaboration with internal teams and reporting on closing timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting real estate transaction processes and closing timelines.
• Strong ability to document activity and communicate updates across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with handling high-volume, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage offers from contract to closing to meet KPI timelines.
• Document delays and communicate updates to buyers, agents, lenders, and closing partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep transactions on track and compliant.
