Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate loss claims to FHA (HUD), VA, RHS, Fannie Mae, and Private Mortgage Insurance providers.
• Interpret and apply PMI and Government MI guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Gather and review loan-level documentation including payment histories and escrow balances.
• Research and resolve claim discrepancies, rejections, suspended claims, and variances.
• Assist with conveyance and transfers of ownership for FHA, VA, and FNMA loans per agency guidelines.
• Document claim steps, milestones, and communications; support audits and inquiries.
• Develop recommendations for corrective action and process improvements based on analysis and trends.
