Pennymac is seeking a Claims Processor in Moorpark, CA to manage post-sale functions including eviction coordination, title conveyance, and GSE servicing compliance. You will file MI, investor, and insurer claims and reconcile proceeds under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, 1+ year of relevant experience, advanced Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with GSE and insurer guidelines. Default-related experience is a plus, with a detail-oriented mindset and accuracy in data

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with GSE and insurer servicing guidelines.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-foreclosure servicing functions per guidelines (eviction management, property maintenance, title conveyance).
• File claims for reimbursement of expenses.
• Reconcile claim proceeds.
• File supplemental claims as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as required.
