Pennymac is seeking a Claims Processor to support post-sale functions within the REO process. You will handle MI, investor, and insurer claims, reconcile proceeds, and ensure accurate data while following guidelines and direction from the supervisor.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with GSE servicing guidelines. Office-based environment with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Default-related experience preferred.
• Aptitude for data, reporting, and working with numbers.
• Familiar with GSE and Insurer servicing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the department supervisor for post-sale functions in REO processes.
• File MI, investor, and insurer claims timely and accurately.
• Provide back-up documentation as requested.
• Reconcile and post claim proceeds.
• Ensure data accuracy.
• Perform related duties as required and aligned with culture and values.
