4 Horn Power & HVAC in Freeport, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support clients’ rental equipment needs and coordinate all branch rental functions to be efficient, accurate, and timely. You will develop skills in customer service, sales support, and operations while assisting Reps and Branch Mgmt. in daily tasks and projects within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Able to multi-task on many different projects at one time.
• Willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Assists Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt. with the coordinating of all rental equipment (and rental equipment accessories) inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met, exceeded, and goodwill is maintained for future business.
• Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents.
• Dispatches service calls for delivery, equipment pick up, parts and maintenance.
• Monitors accounts receivable reports.
• Creates and monitors rental contracts and delivery tickets.
• Continuous growth in knowledge of Company products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
