Loenbro is seeking a Rentals Equipment & Fleet Coordinator in Centennial, CO to manage equipment rentals from request to return, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and cost control. You will work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Fleet teams to optimize asset utilization and vendor performance.

The role requires coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and tracking utilization and rental spend to align with company standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with rental coordination, fleet administration, procurement support, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate rental equipment requests from operations, project teams, and regional leadership.
• Verify equipment needs, availability, rental timelines, approvals, and delivery requirements.
• Partner with Equipment & Fleet Managers to prioritize company-owned assets before sourcing rentals.
• Maintain accurate rental records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Review invoices against rental agreements and purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
