Superior Energy Services is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage rental billing for ongoing jobs and finalize repairs invoicing at job close. You will track charges, process invoices, and ensure alignment with Sales/Business Development to meet customer requirements.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in billing/accounting practices.

Responsabilités

• Track ongoing and recently closed jobs to ensure all charges are captured.
• Bill rental cycles when equipment is out to customer.
• Bill repairs at job close; review damages.
• Compile rental/chargeback data and create invoices.
• Coordinate with Business Development to meet customer requirements.
• Close out jobs after sending invoices to Accounting.
• Communicate with vendors for repair costs on lost/damaged equipment.
• Track purchase orders to their AFE numbers.
• Review billing tickets for pricing and inspection charges.
• Contact customers about past-due invoices; obtain payment status.
• Submit EDI invoices through customer portals.
• Assist with monthly close-out activities as needed.
