Energy Solutions is seeking a Billing Specialist I to support client billing, revenue entries, and financial reporting in a primarily remote environment. You will partner with project managers and Finance to ensure accurate invoices, complete documentation, and timely close processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross‑team collaboration to meet deadlines and improve billing workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or related area.
• Experience preparing invoices, posting revenue, or processing financial transactions in an ERP.
• Experience preparing reconciliations, supporting schedules, variance trackers, or financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring client billing and revenue-entry activities in ERP or accounting system.
• Prepare client invoices, invoice breakdowns, cover letters, expense documentation, and related schedules.
• Analyze invoice and revenue data to identify variances or errors.
• Prepare detailed revenue reconciliation worksheets comparing revenue and invoices.
• Prepare billing status updates and submit approved invoices per procedures.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities and supporting documentation.
