Job summary

Straub Automotive in Triadelphia, WV is seeking a Rental and Accounting Assistant to support our rental desk and accounting department. You\'ll split time between checking vehicles in/out, handling paperwork and payments, and providing friendly customer service at the desk.

You\'ll also maintain filing systems, post daily transactions, process invoices, and help reconcile accounts while supporting the accounting team and general office tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort switching between customer-facing and desk work.
• Solid Excel skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Rental Desk: Check vehicles in and out for rental customers.

Straub Automotive is growing, and we're hiring a Rental and Accounting Assistant to join our great team. You will supporting our rental desk and accounting department. About half the day is spent at the rental desk, with the remaining time spent on accounting and administrative support.
The Work
Rental Desk

• Check vehicles in and out for rental customers
• Handle rental paperwork and payments
• Provide customer service at the desk

Filing & Administrative

• Assist with general office support as needed

Basic Accounting

• Post daily transactions

You're a Fit If You Have

• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (helpful, not required)
• Solid Excel skills

• Dealership experience a plus, but not required
