SIXT in the United States seeks a Customer Vehicle Service Agent to ensure every rental is ready. You will clean, inspect for damage, document conditions, and coordinate with the team to keep the fleet in top shape.

This role offers opportunities for growth, a 40-hour work week, outdoor shifts, and uniforms with weekly cleaning. Prior car rental or automotive experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in vehicle service or related field preferred.
• Experience in car rental, automotive maintenance, or dealership services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and perform basic maintenance checks to keep vehicles rental-ready.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Keep the lot organized and tag vehicles for maintenance as needed.
• Assist customers with a friendly welcome and answer questions about returns, charges, or services.
