Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Customer Vehicle Service Agent in Fort Worth Downtown to ensure every vehicle is rental-ready. You will clean, inspect for damage, document conditions, perform basic maintenance checks, and coordinate with the team to keep the fleet in top condition.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of vehicle service experience, a valid US driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work outdoors 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in vehicle service or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are rental-ready.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and coordinate with the team to address maintenance needs.
• Manage lot organization and tagging to ensure efficient vehicle movement.
• Assist customers with a friendly welcome and answer questions about returns, charges, or services.
• Shuttle cars between locations and car washes as needed.
