Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking a Customer Vehicle Service Agent to ensure rental-ready vehicles and deliver great customer experiences. You will clean vehicles, document conditions, perform basic maintenance checks, and identify needed repairs in collaboration with the team.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in vehicle service are required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors for 40 hours per week, day or evening shifts. Bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in vehicle service or related field.
• Strong verbal communication abilities to interact with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage, verify fuel levels, and document findings accurately.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are rental-ready.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, manage service alerts, coordinate with the team for repairs.
• Keep the lot organized and move vehicles to proper locations for efficient flow.
• Assist customers with a friendly welcome and answer questions about returns, charges, or services.
